Covenant House Florida's Annual Youth Procession

5pm, December 1st @ The Cathedral Church of St. Luke Downtown

Covenant House Florida's Annual Youth Procession takes place on December 1st at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke in Downtown Orlando. The Youth Procession is an opportunity for local youth in the community to volunteer their time while representing the life of one homeless youth served by Covenant House Florida in the past year. Participants will rally together at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke with a brown bag dinner and t-shirts (for those who register) and live music! Beginning at 6pm we will walk through downtown carrying candles to represent the lives of local youth affected by homelessness. Our walk will end at the 21st Annual Covenant House International Candlelight Vigil for Homeless Youth to be held at the Walt Disney Amphitheater at Lake Eola Park. The Youth Procession brings awareness to the Orlando community about the vast problem of youth homelessness. Come and be a part of the solution!

*All participants must register through Eventbrite, print a ticket (which reserves one dinner and one t-shirt in their name) and MUST have parents print and sign the Procession Participant Waiver Form  which can be found at http://www.covenanthousefl.org/special-events. Roll the mouse over the words "Procession Participant Waiver Form" in the second paragraph and you will find a link. Please be aware: Participants under 18 will not be able to participate without signed parent waiver. Registration closes on November 21st.

 Very important: ALL participants MUST have a signed Procession Participant Waiver Form in order to participate and receive dinner, a t-shirt and volunteer hours.
